Configure an Authentication Source

To configure a new Authentication Source, go to Administration section and select Domains.

Then, select +  ch.PNG and follow next screen.

Select the class name that corresponding to your Authentication Source. For example, if we use a Joomla 1.5 implementation, we must select the AuthenticationSourceJoomla15 class name.

NB: At this step, if the class name that you want to use is unavailable, ensure you have correctly put your implemented class in the package ‘org.coretechs.quotero.user.impl’ (another destination would have no effect).

When you have selected the appropriate class name,  the form shows the fields corresponding at your implementation.

Advanced Generic LDAP

This Generic LDAP Authentication Source allows you to configure your domain with more parameters. In some cases (with an atypical LDAP or Active Directory), it's necessary to use it in order to have more controls about settings.
